Someone was much more clever than I am. The next time I build a snowman, I'll make sure to have a large bunch of kale in the refrigerator or ready to pick from our winter garden or hoop house!!

I must say - great blog!!!
I am an avid muncher of kale and dark green leafies, starting in the new year as a choice to help me become healthier while reaping even more than just a couple of health benefits.
I drink a big green smoothie every morning and love it so much!
Was just perusing the internet looking up information about kale and came accross your blog - great work, I plan to follow it along!
