Somewhat similar to one I have developed, too, but with much more kale and/or broccoli (I think my smoothie recipe with added kale may be on this blog, but if you cannot find it, look for the basic recipe and variations on my website www.CancerRD.com). I'll be sure to give yours a try. I'm always up for new ways to consume kale (and 'friends') 365 days of the year! I have had a Vita-Mix blender for ~15 years now. I could not get along without it. :-)

Diana, here is another way of taking in raw brocco...

Diana, here is another way of taking in raw broccoli to get the greatest benefit from its nutrients: whole food juicing by simply adding broccoli with a Vita Mix juicer. I make a smoothy each night with my wife of the following, all organic if possible: 3 cups of crucifers (including broccoli), a handful each of frozen blueberries, strawberries and blackberries, a few chunks of any frozen mellon, and a few chunks of frozen organic bannana. Add a half cup of apple cider and blend with 3 tablespoons of flaxseed powder. It takes a strong juicer to handle all of this, but it is well worth the effort. We change this combination to what it in season with the garden. Of course kale is ALWAYS in the drink!

I can find Broccoli sprouts in Mexico city and I t...

I can find Broccoli sprouts in Mexico city and I think I might just load up after reading this
